Dear Residents of the Kitchener Improvement District,

We are pleased to announce that the temporary boil water notice, which was put in place due to unforeseen circumstances, has now been lifted. Our water system has returned to normal levels and is safe for all regular uses.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. The health and well-being of our community is always our top priority, and we worked diligently to ensure that the water system was thoroughly checked and restored to its usual high standards.

Further Assurance Through Testing: To provide the community with additional assurance, we are conducting a full Interior Health test panel on our water. This comprehensive testing will further confirm the safety and quality of our water. Once we receive the results, we will promptly post them on our blog for full transparency and to keep everyone informed.

Thank you for your continued trust in the Kitchener Improvement District. Your cooperation and support made it possible for us to address the situation swiftly and efficiently.

Warm regards

Kitchener Improvement District Board
