NOTICE: TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE OUTAGE, TANK CLEANOUT & BOIL WATER ADVISORY

To all users of KID water services,

We wish to inform you of several important updates:

Tank Cleanout: In our ongoing commitment to providing clean and safe water, we will be performing a tank cleanout procedure from September 8th to September 11th.

Leak Investigation: Concurrently, we will be investigating a reported leak to ensure the continued integrity of our water distribution system.

Service Outage: Due to the aforementioned activities, there will be periodic service interruptions from September 8th to September 11th. Please plan accordingly.

Boil Water Notice: As a precautionary measure during this period, all users are advised to boil their water before consuming or using for cooking.

We recognize the inconvenience these activities may pose and appreciate your patience and understanding. Our primary goal is to ensure the safety, reliability, and well-being of all our users.
